Drimaster-Eco Positive Input Ventilation (PIV)

The market leading condensation dampness solution in social housing for 50+ years

The UK’s first ever Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system - and still the market leader after more than 50 years - Drimaster is highly effective at reducing condensation dampness and its associated problems, within social housing.

Ideal for both planned and reactive servicing, Drimaster is installed in the suitably ventilated loft, drawing air from the loft space through filters and gently dispersing it into the home via a central diffuser at a continuous rate. This creates a slight positive pressure within the home that moves stale, damp air and pollutants out through the natural leakage gaps found in every UK property, both old and new.

Drimaster: tried and tested

Drimaster PIV has been installed in over a million homes in the UK, and is particularly popular with social housing providers due to:

  • cost-effective solution to damp and mould
  • fast install (can be installed in a loft in less than an hour)
  • non-disruptive nature for residents

Now, more than ever, with Awaab’s Law in force, social housing providers are turning to Drimaster PIV technology to ensure homes are healthy and safe environments, free from damp and mould.

Introducing, Nuaire’s latest addition to the PIV family.

The New Drimaster-Eco Positive Input Ventilation now features casing made from 100% Recycled ABS plastic, same quality, smaller environmental footprint.

Our latest Drimaster-Eco PIV has become more environmentally friendly due to swapping the casing from a virgin ABS plastic to 100% recycled plastic. The switch will result in a reduction of 167 tons of equivalent embodied carbon over the period of a year.

Did you know mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are estimated to account for around 23% of a building’s embodied carbon?
