The project
Nuaire has won a contract to supply the ventilation for the new Deerfields Mall, Abu Dhabi. Anchored by Carrefour, Centre point and Grand Cinemas, Deerfields Town Square Mall will incorporate more than 200 outlets in approximately 80,000sqm of new retail space.
International architectural practice, RMJM specified Nuaire in their plans for the $190 million development. Nuaire then worked closely with the appointed contractor, Fibrex, a design and build construction group based in Abu Dhabi, to value engineer the project.
Nuaire has supplied above and below ventilation for the entire development, which when completed will cater to over 90,000 local residents. Products supplied include smoke and axial fans, centrifs and roof fans.
