The CF25 Exemplar Approach

The classroom ventilation strategy has been developed in direct response to the requirements set out within the CF25 Technical Manual: 

"Natural cross ventilation shall be provided to all teaching spaces, seminar rooms, fitness rooms, staff social rooms and sixth form social spaces, utilising the dedicated, enclosed services spines for stack ventilation."

To align with this guidance, the proposed solution combines facade-mounted hybrid ventilation with dedicated stack ventilation infrastructure integrated within the building service spine. 

The EC-Link seamlessly connects to the Acuity cloud data platform, enabling real-time logging of performance data from Nuaire products. This integration enhances system performance, supports predictive maintenance, and ensures seamless completability across the entire Nuaire product range.

By combining advanced system zoning and seamless integration with the Acuity Cloud Data Platform, our solution eliminates the need for traditional sub-meters while delivering precise control and real-time insights. This innovative approach allows for efficient energy management, tailored climate control, an predictive maintenance, all from a centralised platform.
