DMEV Fans are designed to replace standard intermittent extract fans but operate at a near-silent background trickle rate, boosting when triggered (via switch live, humidity levels etc.). dMEV is the ideal solution for refurbishments and retrofits where installing a ducting network is not feasible.
Because of this these systems run 24/7, they effectively prevent the build up of condensation, damp, and mould whilst typically requiring less or smaller background ventilators in habitable rooms compared to standard extract fans.
