The largest shopping mall in the world by total land areas, the Dubai Mall in the UAE has a retail floor area of 502,000m² and attracts over 54 million visitors per year. Nuaire secured an order to provide ventilation equipment to the massive project in 2016. Smoke extract fans were supplied to the project in spaces where fire safety was a priority. A key factor to winning the project was Nuaire’s AMCA-approved test lab which was able to confirm Nuaire equipment was suitable for many of the complex project demands.

Lusail Stadium, Qatar

Part of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar 2022™, the 80,000-seat Lusail Stadium will be where the final for the tournament is hosted and where the winner is decided. Nuaire’s pedigree and successful delivery of numerous projects over several decades in Qatar, supported by extensive EN-certified ranges which all carry local Qatar civil defence certification, gave the customer confidence in the project and Nuaire team to meet the specification and delivery on time and within budget.

Bahrain International Airport, Bahrain

Established in 1927, Bahrain International Airport is the Gulf’s oldest international airport. As far back as 1927, the airport welcomes British Airways planes, and historically has been a midpoint between India and the UK. Nuaire supplied a sizeable order of axial fans, as well as other ventilation units to the project to be used in various car parks and administrative buildings across the project. Now, Bahrain International Airport is one of the most prestigious airports in the world, with a capacity of 14 million passengers annually.
