All Nuaire products are manufactured and dispatched direct to customers from our site in Caerphilly, South Wales, via our distribution arm, Fans Direct.

Fans Direct is the UK’s no 1 fan distributor and was recently voted first in customer service by UK ventilation contractors. The company specialises in stocking what is customers want and delivering the right product for the right price at the right time. With huge central stocks and focused customer service teams, Fans Direct has changed the expection of the industry.

We have a Team of customer service representatives who will communicate with the Contractor and arrange to deliver on-site on the day required.

Products are dispatched via carriers on an overnight delivery service if ordered before 4pm and specified scheduled delivery times can also be arranged.
